The Ruidoso area is very fortunate to have a huge selection of dining choices from classic American to a variety of Mexican food styles, to Italian and Chinese.  Breakfast at Lincoln County Grill is hard to beat – try the skillets.  River’s Edge offers amazing custom-made sandwiches and wraps for lunch.  The salad bar alone at Cattle Baron will make for a fine dinner, and the entrees are all great as well.  Are you looking for the best steak in town?  The Texas Club has long held the reputation for the finest steaks in town, but these days Willmon’s and The Quarters are giving them a run for the money.  Head for La Fondue to find a quiet table and a delicious meal with a glass of wine.
