Deer Haven is located on top of a ridge in the Cedar Creek area on the west side of Ruidoso. You will be adjacent to the National Forest with a trail head not far from your door. This very private lot is accessed with a fairly steep improved gravel road that can be challenging in the snow. Four wheel drive is advised for our winter guests at this house. The grocery store is just 5 minutes away and downtown Ruidoso is less than a 10 minute drive. This home makes a perfect get-away spot for those looking for lots of quiet and wildlife in your back yard. The over-sized deck makes an ideal place to relax and enjoy the fresh air.
